Bike is great, accessories are getting on my tits. Saddle clamp issue and rear brake issue are winding me up. I think I've sorted the saddle clamp now but the rear brake keeps clicking. I'm going for another ride now so I'll see what happens.

Sounds like a dodgey build. Better mechanic required.

Made it to York at 8.40ish with my team starting the Lake District.
Cracking first Easter Arrow.

Lack of 160mm adapter means its a bit of a bodge like the last bike but this one didn't work as well. I'm going to get an adapter now. I think I've fixed the clamp issue. Stupid suspension posts.

I'm doing Many rivers to cross 300k tomorrow with 160k on top as I'm cycling there and back. Aiming for 24hrs, but we'll see.

Reading this thread, my 50km last weekend feels pathetic.
Inspiring stuff all!

You'll be surprised how long you can ride for once you've found your rhythm. Good excuse to eat a shit ton of food as well.

I don’t need any excuse to eat a shit tonne of food, that’s the problem!
First 100km booked for next month. Been nearly 2 years since I’ve ridden that far. Think I can get to 200km by August.

Especially if you can sit on the wheel of a super strong French man.

All day I've been at this. I think the mounts are piss on it. I'm done. I'm gonna just tighten it all up and ride it until the rotor carves a bigger fuckin' groove out of the caliper.

Pints binned in ‘spoons & the York Tap, wonderful scenes
Couldn’t get @motoko to crack his piggy bank though :)
Very much enjoyed my first Audax. @inappropriate_bike scheduled it to perfection and @cgg kept us on the schedule ruthlessly
A grand day out that

Can't wait to hear the tales of adventure, chapeau!

I’ve got 140 mm rotors on mine. I had a bag full of bits, not sure if there were adapters though.

Amazing effort for a first Audax and done in style!
Great meeting you and the rest of the Lufgus team.

I've just installed 140mm on mine. Same problem. Looks like the mounts are piss, or maybe there's some paint that's underneath causing the caliper to tip over when tightened.

I did a 200 perm today. Lots of climbing. Lots of sun. I'm fucked now.

Ok, just aborted today's 200k because the rotor is eating the caliper body. FFS
Don't Mason support 160mm rotor in the back? Did you get a 160mm rotor adapter?
