that cinelli is ruined by the nitto droopy stem, same as the gitane with the tioga spider saddle.

It's either a Campag C Record or Croce d'Aune rear mech from the mid to late 1980s.

MASI need to get a UK distributor.
We are being denied.
The only thing we're being denied is dodgy welds!

Doesn't get much better than this.

id like to know how much this thing weighs. 55x15.
I think the owner is here on the forum - we discussed it a while back and he was using it for TTs out in Surrey somewhere.
Personally I'd lose some decals, but either way it is awesome. Neo's Matrix bike.

Agreed, some black cranks, rear black axle and black spokes on the wheels, no decals and it would be the sickest stealth/batbike!

Missy Giove - completely forget about her! agreed, very lush
love those old Yeti bikes

Missy Giove?! was she really at all hot? i met her and her girlfriend at the Malvern Hills Classic circa 1571.

Missy Giove really wasent hot at all. I met her at a couple of bike shows. Having said that I still fancied the pants of her (I was 15 hence the 15 year old fancy the pants language).

yeah i did too, i was bluffing. i think the fact that she was a raving lesbian added to the idea, for me at least.

-

I thought maybe I could be the one to turn her. Hahaha.

Personally I think it's kind of weird to get a-head when the owner clearly want's a quill-stem.
-
• #9121
even a flat stem, would give exactly the same angle/postion
and re--ee--post, by the way X3
-
• #9122
Actually the stem, much to everyone disappointment, is designed to drop like that (note the clamp area).
edit: didn't notice the amount of spacer between the head set and stem.

Flickr actually, did some search on 'most recent', and bingo.

This sort of thing really annoys me (note to self. Chill the fook out).
Nice use of the red spacer though. -

Thanks Aaron, but I'm the one who needs the warmth and the fumes from the lighter fluid would be as bad, if not worse, than those from the acetone in a confined space. Plus my gf, who puts up with enough as it is, might get a bit annoyed if the entire house stinks of nail varnish remover.
Maplins Decal remover - lemon based - spray on to residue, leave for 5 mins, then wipe off with dish cloth
Smells a bit, but not toxic, and works a treat, Homebase sell something similar too
