Crocs are a sandellised version of a welly- an item of footwear whose entire purpose in life is to be 100% waterproof.
Given that the Croc is mainly made of fucking holes this utility is not maintained- your datee was quite right in her actions.

But if the owner fished them out, they'd be good as new.
ie, still shit, but not waterlogged.

^^ Her reasoning was less eloquent. "They deserve to drown" Not sure if she meant the shoes or their owner though.

You got her number?

Sorry man, I like my crocs.
I've mentioned this at other times, but this version is head and shoulders above the original Chuck Taylors.- no glue in the construction ie: less pollution
- wider forefoot (I need this)
- zero stink
- they weigh virtually nothing
- they're cheaper than CTs
- better cushioning than CTs
- no glue in the construction ie: less pollution

I've mentioned this at other times, but...
Life and sole of the party.

No holes barred.

I really like the decals/details but I'm not that keen on the main colour.
But thanks for bringing the shoe puns to heel!

yeah, granted, there's a lot wrong, namely brakes, coloured hubs, seatpost, stem without a faceplate, external battery in 2014...but it's totally amazing
-
• #86216
Yo. The Aztecs called. Montezuma wants his bike back.
-
• #86217
Actually yeah, the more I look at it, the more I see wrong. That fork/headtube junction is horrid. Seatpost too. And does that stem really not have a faceplate? It does look like there are at least two bolts on there.
-
• #86218
would look better with slightly deeper rims
-
• #86219
The dog called, it wants its dinner back.
-
• #86220
It shouldn't be good, but it just is.
-
• #86221
The build is awful, but the frameset & Geoff McF paint scheme fucking rule.
-
• #86222
As said before, headtube/fork is awful, so frameset doesn't fucking rule.

Internet FACT.

I would love to have a go on the Ruegamer. Up something alpine preferably.

LOL
Weight weenie. Buys frame size bigger than needed.
Run a -17 stem, then it'll look good.

Just FYI: Cannondale team rider on a 60cm frame with 120mm stem:

Emailed him and asked for some sizing tips. He's a bit shorter than me, used to ride a 58, now a 60, and says he's more comfy on the 60. I know everyone's fit is different, but found it interesting nonetheless. Was helpful.
I went on a date with a girl who kicked a stranger's Crocs off the jetty into the sea during the after-dinner walk.
I was impressed.
