The way it's photographed makes it quite hard to imagine what it actually looks like. Black background is stylish and stupid.

The paint job is nice compared to one solid colour, but it doesn't look any better than a regular one. Why bother? Its a nice bike, just not porn.

Just the top spacer is a couple mm too high, I'll look into it! Maybe it works without it.

^^^^ Very nice bike, but whilst I'm not anti-spacer as such I don't think I would draw attention to its presence by making it matchy-matchy colour with the hubs.

edit Yeah, black top cap and spacer to make it look like a single unit with the stem, and a bit of colour on the headset is fine.

Not to do with the spacers - more to do with the amount of post showing for a horizontal top-tube design.

But #internetbikefit - whatever works for you, really.

Perhaps those spacers end up on above the stem on fast days. Having them underneath saves flipping the stem.

It looks like a bike for a variety of riding.
