its max OR (off road not oversize) and if i 'm not mistaken should fit a 30.4mm seat post or something close.

It also shows that he couldn't be arsed to tidy up and finish the brazing properly, files and emery cloth have been invented. It might be a moot point, but a Moots one would be better made.

It looks like a standard frame with a small front wheel rather than a real lo pro which would have manageable trail / castor angle on the steering.
That head tube angle !
