Are frames allowed?
Frames in general are, that particular one isn't. I think clear coat over fillet brazed is a horrible look.

I can appreciate the idea of this. First thing I noticed was the
brazing has the appearance of TIG welding i.e. stacked dimes.
It shows that he didn't use excessive heat in the process.
A lot more heat and he could get the material to flow smooth
but that may compromise the base material.
Noticed Curtis uses Reynolds 853, don't know about this material
so "heat affected zone" may be a mute point... -

so "heat affected zone" may be a mute point...It also shows that he couldn't be arsed to tidy up and finish the brazing properly, files and emery cloth have been invented. It might be a moot point, but a Moots one would be better made.

Now THATS fluoro done right :) And the paint job is great, the silver head tube stops it being Too Much. And the black works with the Fluoro, the silver headtube then returns in the silver parts. Great.
