Seems fine to me. We might see a few more MAMILs abandoning their stupidly high gearing now that Doom Frog has shown that you have to spin to win.

FTR. Its my improvement in cycling thats led to the desire for lower gearing.

Agreed, for me with a standard two rings up front its
11-23 for greater london
11-25 for the uk but definetely
11-27+ for the rest of europe -

Guy I know runs 53/39 & 11-21, 10-speed. Old-school hard-man gearing. My legs would break if I tried that nonsense.
