Not feeling the Colnago. I'm not sure exactly what it is, maybe those frames need all silver or all classic part, just looks a bit of a mess.

^ i think it's too much of a mix, should go wit all new parts or all c-record era imo

Needs -17* stem and less funky bar angle and it'd be spot on.

Can someone tell me how the stem and handlebars are attached to that track bike above?

There is a mount attached to the fork. Rossin did one similar:

Stem is integral with the fork crown. Best pic I can find in 2 minutes:

More pics?
Any one knows what stem it is on kg196?
And what the hell road drop outs mean in that frame?edit.
ok, it's regular ergo stem -

except there is no stem!
There is a stem on the ТАХИОН and on the Rossin, whereas there isn't one on this Lotus 108. That the stem is welded to the fork crown does not diminish it's existence as the thing which provides the extension from the steerer axis to the handlebar centre. If you were older than 12, you'd know that stems used to be called extensions, and you'd be less confused about the difference between the function of an object and the method of its construction and attachment.

And what the hell road drop outs mean in that frame?
It means it's a converted TT frame, hence the brake hole in the fork
.ok, it's regular ergo stem
Well, it's the front two sections of a normal ErgoStem plus the lump at the top of the fork which combines the upper steerer pivot holder with the first pivot of the ErgoStem

The Look is beautiful beyond belief.

Are the seatpost and saddle 'right' ? They look more modern.
Plus I guess it should have Look pedals.
