Love the Zipp + Hope + Chorus 10sp.
This bike is near perfect for me. Only the rims that spoil it for me. Open pro ceramics and it would be my nirvana.

It gives the impression that the frame is too small for the rider.
Not when the stem's set that low already. You couldn't go much bigger on a horizontal top tube road frame with those fit points. The saddle to bar drop is large but I assume it fits.

Nah, prefer the Aston Martin.
If you're going to troll, at least learn how to spell.
Sorry, 496 is so last year. It's all about the L96 now.

I know he has equity in the team, but I didn't know he'd married it and taken its name.

although with a nice frame like that
i also would try hard to make it workWell, its a more aggressiv position, many riders today do the same. Boonen and Hesjedal for example.

long stem and offset seat post?
Is that a bad thing ?
It gives the impression that the frame is too small for the rider.
On a road bike I have to have the nose of my saddle back 7cm from the BB because of my longer thighs, so I use a slightly smaller frame with offset post and a longer stem too.
Also, take a look at the bars, they have a very small reach, I assume because Stormp is happy with the tops not being in his lap and still has a decent drop. -

frame is only too small when the rider is hitting his ribs with his knees whilst cycling
anything before that is just more aero
too aggressive for road riding, open to debate - but riders go smaller frames these days -

Untaped bars. No.

too aggressive for road riding, open to debate - but riders go smaller frames these daysNot only these days, its a practice that starts almost since the development
of the well manufactured 12-14 quill stems. Using smaller triangles you gain a stiffer frame with less weight.
I don't know why some cyclists see the offset on seat posts as a fault.
I always try to set my saddle as close as the legth of my legs allow to
the vertical that defined by the rear wheel axle and i always prefer 12-13cm stems instead of 10cm.Of course you have to find the geometry that gives you the head tube
height that you need depending on your riding style. -

Merckx, ways not to lock your bike >>>
But it is lovely. Apart from machined rims.
