Fixed at the top and bolted to the fork crown

Or:

Fixed to the fork crown and some kind of quill adapter going through the steering unit and into the threaded steerer tube / threaded headset.

On the handlebar angle, well anything angled downwards has me puzzeld, cuz you'd slip off too easily. Base physics really.

So brave not to have any contrasting bits, really enjoying that look.

That Olmo is amazing... there is a near identical frame in BLB atm... worse condition and £400 quid though... £211 is a steal!
