There are some full carbon forks should have a small spacer on top for rigidity. I think that is what Mr Loin was referring to.

That trike is pretty awesome, can't imagine someone riding it without looking ridiculous though.

Yeah I meant proportion wise. It's obviously a ridiculous bike but that's not necessarily a bad thing. I mean I think it just won't look cool when being ridden.
