Trudat^, still looks shit though.
I'd says change the chainring and it'll look fine.

Minor touches would be to buy a Cervelo P2C
Seems like a good idea, as the Cervelo is almost certainly faster.

Cervelo, very popular with the city.

you appear to have a carbon pinecone attached to your saddle
-
• #52308
If you're going to have a pinecone, you may as well get a carbon one.

Agree with ed- its only the chainring thats making it look shit and the OTT gold caps- plus its a horrible photo. I like it- nice and simple. TBH still prefer a pair of 75s though

I really, really, really like those Phil cranks. Obviously the chainring is as ugly as sin but, dayum, those stiff looking arms are right on the mark. They remind me of my favourite ever mountain bike cranks, the mighty Middleburns. Magnificenzo, I'm getting some.

Without the worst bits of them they just look like 75s with a more cowboy style spider.

You sure? the shape look more campag and sugino.

Arms look the same as the Phils but less shiny.
But then I saw...

i think the caption to that picture read as if that thick bit was not going into production

Sounds ace!
I think they're like *un*fluted vintage campag cranks, i.e. yummy for my tummy.

I now see your point, it look like a combination of 75 and the campag;

zing.

They are sexual. Sort of original in a way too. It's a nice clean take on something from before; perfect for my anachronistic yet relatively high performance fixie bike.

definitely strada looking and not original at all, am sure they would admit them to be campagnolo inspired with the appropriate dust cap or unfluted version... nice of course though, am sure they are beautifully manufactured. non drive side looks a little like primo hollowbites

^ like it alot
More, better pictures of that very lovely Canyon. The more I see the more I like... I'm a particular fan of the near invisible brakes and cable routing. Minor touches would be to get rid of the Sram branding from the chainring, the FC stickers from the wheels, and match the rear derailleur cable to the cabling at the front. Oh, and if it were mine I'd prefer a steeper seat-post angle, a de-badged sub-9 on the back and probably di2 :)
