Nothing to worry about... I forgot the whole story behind that particular breakage, but wasn't someone doing tricksy-type-riding-things at the time and dropped it pretty hard from some height?

No way. Ugly decoration, MTB pedals on a road bike, cheap and nasty seat post. Perfectly sound daily driver, but it's no more porn than my ProLite Inverno is.

Very nice bike, I even think it looks nicer than the those Parlees and the ghastly venge (well maybe not the cx Parlee). IMO it would benefit from losing the cosmic stickers, but that still wouldn't make it porn.
