  • Exactly what separates a hybrid from a 29er, could actually be as simple as tyre choice.

And geometry, and gearing, and handlebar shape, and riding position, and the rack and mudguards. Apart from that, a hybrid is exactly the same as a 29er.

  • What do you have Smallfury? And how do you like it? I personally never felt that my wheels were too small, but then I've also never ridden a 29er. I'm always tempted to get one, but like you say they are expensive.

My Haro cost £385 new. Anyways, to the 29er thread!

  • few pages back, but that is rugged.

  • who's is that? I swear I saw someone riding that the other day in Queen's Park

  • Cinetica Giotto made by André Cinelli, son of Cino Cinelli.

According to this site about 50 frames were ever produced and only a handfull is left.
This one has matching adjustable stem length and bar width from Cinetica.
Gears are a special edition gunmetal anodized C-record gruppo with delta brakes also gunmetal.

  • Guys wtf?? It's old, italian and it doesn't have visible welds, i.e. it meets all the LFGSS criteria for porn.

I'm with you on the geometry. But everything else is personnal chioce.

Although I do have a cyclocross bike with mudguards and semi-slicks. Its basically a drop bar hybrid (feck, I have two hybrids?) for all the above reasons aside from geo.

So I'm probably just talking BS.

Spot Brand Longboard. The frames rides brilliantly. Questionable build by me. With white rims, and cranks. But it looks great after a muddy ride.
