Raleigh North Road handlebar
That's what I've got on my Pompetamine. For all the piss-taking, it's a nice bar.

UTFS. There is a forumenger who sprays, he posts on paint related threads.
not found much about this kind of spray jobs hence my question

I used to have that on my ulitity bike but there's not enough room for the brake, shifter and grip to fit on the end.
now have nitto promenade with zero rise - fit nicely and a huge amount of hand position.

On the fork crown is better. It's going to chatter like a bunch of pissed up Essex girls on the last train home with that much stem and steerer tube in the load path.
ha ha , quality description, although Essex girl + last train?

I think Sam is a pro.
Also perhaps Death Spray might help.
Also Argos Racing Cycles in Bristol. Not really known for razzledazzle paint but have seen it all and do an excellent job, lots of tricky renovations etc.

Didn't anyone notice the front brake cable?
Yes. All my CX bikes have that setup. Nothing wrong with that.
Stopper on the fork crown asks for a short straddle cable.
Don't like a stopper at the headset.
Just personal. Should try Vs. -

Mercian also have a similar paint option but it's a purple/green combo. Number 57 here but you would have to see it in the flesh to understand how much that picture doesn't do it justice. My understanding is that it has far more to do with the properties of that paint, rather than the paint shop itself.

303DH is awesome.
Seeing as we're on a bit of a mtb theme, even with a not so dodgy saddle angle.
He's got a better looking one in Ti as well.

Custom-built Bilenky 'Chuckwagons' for touring with a surfboard...

That's a load of effort and metalwork just to lug a board around. Plus the overhang would be horrific with anything from a 7' board upwards. Unfortunately the scoble will be correct in suggesting a trailer when he looks at this as I've seen a 13' SUP being towed comfortably behind a touring bike in the North Devon hills.
Still a cool piece of engineering though.

Ed, there is no way you could make a bike this pretty. I dread to think what monstrosity you have the bars attached to.
I would post a pic of the Scott octane with the headset cluster that bolted on so that you could change the angle, but I can't find a decent photo of one without the stupid seat
