On the fork crown is better. It's going to chatter like a bunch of pissed up Essex girls on the last train home with that much stem and steerer tube in the load path.

I was about to put a Raleigh North Road handlebar, a kickstand, and a rear rack (seatpost mounted one) on it.
unfortuantely, the North Road handlebar isn't oversized and he already took the bike home.
