No, not an original colour scheme - just a factory one. My 88/89 Corsa Extra came in these colours.. though I've not seen a frame with track dropouts in those colours

yupp that's why i said it, custom made by merckx while indonesian team went to belgium.. that's the story what i heard from the owner.. well, the geometry does seems custom fitted also to the racer body measurement.. or it's just another mumble jumble by the racer who told me these story..LOL

i hope it's mine, but not in my size anyway..

This was JMC's bike (or a close relative of) I think. I used to want it so badly, there was a guy local to me who used to have one whom I was insanely jealous of. It still looks a cut above most other full suspension frames, and around my way at the time the most common full sus frame was the GT RTS, compared to that this was really pretty.

only notice this because Selle recently release monorail saddle.

monorails have been quite common in mountain biking for a while now, simply because they are a stronger design, but breaking a saddle is uncommon even in DH. so there isn't to much benefit.

I don't get all this 'functional' bike stuff, they all have racks and mud guards on. That type of bicycle wouldn't be very functional if I wanted to take it on the track or offroad would it. A road bike or a DH bike can be just as functional (if used for its intended purpose).

Can we stop this bullshit where racks/mudguards/moustache bars/hub gears/a combination of all of the above automatically makes something 'functional'.

It makes no sense.
