I can't but imagine sliding the inside of my thigh against the corner of that.

No! No! No! - Nice engineering exercise in lightweight beams but so so so a fail. Never on a real bike for a million reasons. Can I suggest the anti-porn thread? :-)

From FGG:
*The main triangle is 7005 square aluminum 1-1/2" tubing and cut out by a CNC router. The rest of the frame is also aluminum. The entire frame cost me aprox. $80 to fabricate. The attached photos are of me at a race this past weekend which I took second in a 2,000 meter pursuit. The other photo's show the frame before it was assembled, painted and ridden. Enjoy!

But it's still shit! :-)

I dunno, I like it.

If you get bored of riding it, you could use it to grate carrots.

I can think of other situations you can apply such thinking.
Ha!

This has gotta be a repost (bite me), but it looks much better in carbon.

sorry if repost.

Having an accident on that would messy. A cheese grater for your privates.

Not good aerodynamically, I would have thought, either - lots of turbulence around all those little struts and holes.

I notice Delta 7 dont do a time trial version of their IsoTruss frame. This maybe due to the fact that they have a low output and therefore offer a limited range though.

It might be worth asking Delta 7 what the effect of reducing the module size of their grid would be, say keep reducing it until you're effectively making the structure elements from single strands of carbon fibre, and the gaps so small that the resin actually bridges across them. Oh, that's what every other carbon frame has, because it's a *much better way of doing it *

You'll never get away with charging $5000 for that.
Perfect bike for Crane.
I'll get me coat.
