Same mould, I don't know whether Token make it for Karbona or vice versa, or maybe a nameless Chinese factory makes it for both of them, and all the other brands and shops who put their stickers on it.

But they have to make a profit, as do their distributors and retailers, so comparing with retail pricing on the components is fair. Apart from the Miche, the build is pretty high spec, so this discussion would be a non starter if they'd pitched it at £1500
