odd that the pink moser could have used a straight seat tube and achieved the same geometry, there is no need for a curved one.

Everything apart from the saddle and rims is njs genuine japanese track parts.
It's just stunning. I rode it today and it's an absolute dream, its so smooth and perfectly balanced; I just wish i could translate how it feels like to ride it. I've ridden quite a few fixed gear bikes, from track to hipster tricksters and nothing compares to. It's just perfect, if not too perfect. Spending that extra for good parts is definitely worth it. Thought it was worth a post here.
Anyway back to posting other eye-candy....
I can see more non-NJS stuff about that frame than just the saddle and rims, but who cares? The NJS thing is pretty bollocks (and this is coming from someone who rides a bike with a LOT of NJS stuff on it).

Simple, purposeful and pretty without being OTT bling or pointlessly curvey. Mega porn. If it was chrome and not blue I would have 'done a skid' at the sight of it.

a truly amazing moser.
that split seat tube is mental.
it looks really fast. But it wasn't fast; that's the 1985 bike, on which he failed to improve upon his 1984 record set on one of the curved tube bikes with a more conventionally sized rear wheel.

Don't like the huge gap above rear wheel -

your both wrong, its amazing. Full Stop.
Where to begin on the amount of fails....!?

Crabtree! Where are you??
His Vivalo is the shizzle!
Which used to be mine....still regret selling that, smoothest bike I've ever had :-(

Nope, frame isn't any more, and neither are the tyres.
Don't see what the fuss is about really.

Still looks shit.....

Ah beat me to it. I agree tho', from a similar position.
NJS stuff is good because it's high quality. The frog seatpost isgood for adjusting saddle angle to get it just right, and sugino 75's are the most positive feeling cranks I've ridden.
But NJS for the sake of being NJS is sort of 'all the gear no idea' territory.

My stronglight cranks are always grumpy / surly..
As for Campags?! Dio mia don't get me started on the emotional rollercoaster that are Italian parts.. -

The owner of a shop called "Bicycle Ambulance" here in Cambridge, owns a beautiful vivalo and it's just so the true porn to me.
real beauty, and he doesn't just lock it away in some windowed cupboard, **he actually rides it every day **for which i have massive respect. It's simply perfectWow! You mean people actually ride their bikes every day? Leave off....
- Frame geometry fail - seat tube....I know it's a sprint frame but still
- Black spoke fail, especially on silver hubs and none black rims
- Crank and chainring combination fail
- Black chainring doesn't go with anything, other than the spokes, which is a fail in itself - see # 2
- Silver crankbolt on black chainring fail
- Non Sugino crankbolt fail
- Rim colour fail
- Gold chain fail
- Single strap fail
- Ugly tyres fail
Overall a big ugly fail imo, sorry
