• hippy I started Ealing - Baker St, then WEST Ealing - Oxford St, now WEST Ealing - Liverpool St.. same fscking company!!! Why are they moving further east while I move further west?
And to think.. I was going to live in Staines or whatever to get a garage for my bikes and save on rent!! :S

If it makes you feel better.. my legs are fscked right now.. but I set a couple of PBs 45min then 44min..

Move to the south east hippy, much cheaper you would be able to get yourself a proper flat for less money and be closer to work. You know it makes sense.

• My gf works in Greenford tho. Trust me man, I wanted to move east a long time ago: save rent, clubs, bars, ok pubs (theme?), BIKE SHOPS!!! (none here), mates, less bmw x5's...

• Todd

So after all the issues with customs charges and dealing with tubs, the bike's finally on the road.
A pleasure too. I just need to switch the 14t sprocket now for a 15 or 16. Anyone have one to spare?

is that a white and black 'gold finger' brake lever you got there todd...?

incidently I think them 'tubs' is ubercool tubulars got to be the way to go

lower rolling resistance lots of grip

• RPM
lpg Bareknuckles aren't very forgiving on bumpy roads

but compared to my old raleigh, mine's like a cushion!

open pros though innit, not flippin deep vs
looks nice though that gold radial deep v on the front, don't you think ...?

• YEAH MOTHERFUCKIN WITCOMB! Join the owners club kid! Best bikes ever.

It sure is. I wanted an all chrome Odyssey Monolever but they're Ltd edition and all gone. Was very pleased with the white Gold Finger. Nice with the bikes chrome. Enjoying the tubs too.

ImOnCrank: Yeah sign me up! Witcombs are a joy. You have the nice B&W right?

Where did you get the white gold finger from it might be just what I need for the Mercian

• Todd Hey mate thought I'd whisper so you had a better chance of getting one before this lot pounced! Got it from Condor recently but they only had a few. Never seen 'em in white before. You can swap triggers too. Was thinking it would be good to have white with a silver trigger!!! You'd have to buy one black with silver, and one white/blk. You'd end up with one all black which you could sell. Good luck.

Thanks for the tip ..;)

• so.. i just built this up for my lady, what do you think?

• Needs spokey dokes.

• i agree with tommy.

how long is the wheelbase?

• Mine.

• My Lambert in TT mode :)

• Hovis Brown The Langster is the do-it-all bike at the moment, but it's ugly as sin. But i enjoy riding it, so i guess that's what matters.

The Langster was the only single speed I could get from my cycle to work scheme... having ridden it over the south downs (ok, I walked up two bits) and commuted for the last few weeks I'm loving this little thrasher of a bike...

I have a Condor Squadra too, but I can't be dragging that from East London to the West End each morning and night

• Here's what my Colnago looks like with the fork I scored off FGG

And here's what I put my GBP1000 from Bike2Work towards

• i'm sure i commented on the "size of your chainring" outside BLB at 5pm today...

once i made the comment i felt a bit shifty and embarassed to sloped off on my bob jackson.

• Specialized Stumpjumper FSR Comp for exploring the wilds,
Battle scarred Kona Hahanna MTB for trundling along the towpath with the kids,
Scott Roadster S3 for Kingston / Cannon St commuting, but I've seen the light and soon I'll have my...
Viscount Aerospace SS rebuild on the road:

bit of a shit pic but there you go - front wheel is now 105-open pro combo since a lady decided to run into me with her car and thus killing the original front wheel.

• Hope this works its my first go at posting a photo!!! If it works your looking at my Vivalo with custom Fatlace Phil wood wheels.

• mush loving the rims, really loving the rims, camo in a silver and white stylee...
