Is it just me or does wheel look very close to the left hand seat stay and not so close to the right hand one?
Picture of the chainstay area looks ok so must presume frame is twisted.That is obviously the wrong photo angle to be making any judgements on a frame's straightness. It's like trying to judge a television picture by standing behind it.

Maybe there was period where English track bikes had downward facing drop outs? Where is Platini when you need him? he must be the oldest bod around here.
i'v read somewhere (can't recall where), this dropout angle was characteristic to a certain period in british track bike framebuilding...

Theyve always been referred to as droputs on BMX's which have the same shape as track bikes. Ive never liked the term 'track ends' just sounds pompous & ott
