yes.. the frames are £245 brand new with carbon forks! Sounds like a great deal to me considering all the other parts!

edit: ok, a lot cheaper on ebay, but still a good deal :D

look like track ends to me. pretty sure its the same frame as this type of thing, a lot of local bike shops near me have them and put their own decals on, I'd guess thats what Stif has done.
