• glow
Scrapper Campagnolo NJS frame???

with cable guides?
i was wondering what looked wrong about that bike

• i thought he said it is a copy or something

• he said it'd been drilled for brakes (and i imagine had cable guides added) professionally, so maybe it was an after build mod.. i know campag made njs parts, dunno bout frames, it looks a bit suspect to me..

• 31trum geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez, couldn't you find a smaller pic....;^)

At least now you have a bag big enough to hold it.. :P

• FOR SALE! NJS FIXIE TRACK BLING BLING COURIER MESSENGER SHAMAL AEROSPOKE PHIL CAMPAG PISTA RAD KEIRIN

This awesome bike was commissioned for keirin racing by Buddha himself. The solid platinum frame gained special approval from NJS after a series of stringent trials.
Welded using the fart gas of Shinto eunuchs and painted with the blood of 1000 slain Samurai this machine will guarantee you have sex every night until you part with it.
Ebay starting price of a reasonable £80,000 as this ride is sure to attact collectors worldwide.

• hahaha

• bargain

is that one of your auctions, roberto?

• Just curious as to why the seller is a wanker? Surely he's jusst doing the same as every body else and taking advantage of the recent rise in interest over track/fixed/ss bikes. Maybe i missed something?

It's the old raleigh, fixie conversions with plastic chainsets and sprokets held on with twine that i hate.

• it's the guys attitude mainly. like he's better than everyone else and his shit don't stink. i happen to be in biomed sci and come across a lot of dr's and actually teach under-grad med students, like that.

you take a good look at the bike, it has multiple chips/scratches and dents in the rim. he's advertising it like it is top shelf and won't accept a price unless it matches. wanker!

• Woooh! Big up the biomed sci! Am just working on an assignment about Restriction enzymes!!!!!
Bloody biochemengers.

• i'm not smart! just a smart-ass ;)

• Hairy Muff!

It does look a bit beat up and i know what you mean.

Chris

• hm.. is it because he said he's working as a doctor?

Other than that, it sounded like a promotional text from your standard eBay powerseller/reputable frame builder..

• The only thing the guy with the Spectrum doesn't mention is that you'd need an underactive pituitary to ride it. :-P

• Mystery 'British Cycling Federation' labelled 60cm lugged frame - mavic rims, campag pedals & cranks, & full Dura-Ace.. mmm..

cheers for this provenrad - i have put a tall mate on to the lead. makes me laugh the number of people who sell road bikes on ebay without actually putting the word 'road' or 'racing' in the title. cheers

• ^no worries jw - lanky blokes stick together! It is a good find for a taller person - 700c wheels and 501 tubing = better than most cheap big bikesI've strayed across!
If he doesnt plan to keep the retro bits - ask him for those brake levers + calipers please - would look wicked on my dads retro bike (can swap 4 shimano 600 calipers) Thanks, p

• yeah, i hope goes for it and wins it. if he does i'll certainly talk to him about the brakes. i think i have some spare aero levers i can send his way if he wants to tidy up the wires at the front end. will let you know for sure

• 6 tooth cog.
12 tooth by conventional standards, does anyone still make a 12 tooth?

• lpg bargain
