Being no expert what so ever on the topic of carbon impacting and the tensile strength of carbon, my initial thought is FU**! If the forks ended up like that then what effect will the 'low speed impact' have had on the head tube, top tube and down tube?!!?

Ha and rereading the actual blurb saying 'low impact bump' makes me think WTF?! Low impact bump with an angle grinder?!

Is it just me that thinks you'd need to give that some serious beans to snap both fork prongs?!!?!
