I've got a team brite road frame and the tubing is 853 "millennium" meaning it's aero - probably the same with this

yes, but wheelchair wheels come in 22"/24"/25"/26" and 700c, so if you swap the hub or (afaik) in the Corima's case just swap axles, you can run them on bikes too. (and remove the handle thing that's bolted on)
