yeah that guy, but its is just a guess (cos it is obviously a shortening of a longer username).
there's also a guy called c***c who I lose to alot.
which is annoying, but then also saves me a lot of money. -

It's a bit weird ? 700c is standard on a road bike and that's no MTB ? The rims look too thin to be MTB ??
Maybe he has just got it wrong ? Maybe they are 650c ?
-
• #3914
maybe he meant 27? just a thought...
-
• #3915
nah, not necessarily, just worked on a raleigh milk race with 26" wheels.
Weird as , and well irritating. -

Bobob,
If you want you can have this one for free (or whatever the replacement tyre/ tube/ greasing costs at fixing time). -

^ pj's bike
( and you can tell by the description, full of pj-ness:
in the picture i have fitted 27" wheels, it can be ridden with 700s but you will need a longer reach brake. if you use a brake. maybe you don't and your life is boring so you like to dice with death and think brakes are a needless affectation anyway, designed for other people who don't live in london, in which case it won't concern you and you probably won't be around long enough to really enjoy this piece of artisan cycling craftmanship.)I heart pj.

I'd love the sturmey hub but no way can I ££ until I can work properly, 'sides which you've got to really fetishise the idea to spend what that will end up going for.

Heh, I won those PowerGrips.. they're shockingly colourful.
Making me rethink my current build-in-progress. I was all up for classy subtlety on this one.
Now I'm thinking Purple and Yellow slavery FTW.. It's a curvy lo-pro, so I could really go to town. I've always liked that colour combination.
Is designing an entire build around some toestraps a bit OTT?
retrospok lol
