Yeah. Paypal have a whole host of holds and freezes they do, for varying (and often ridiculous) reasons. The guy sounds legit.
That is how paypal makes a lot of money, freezing accounts and stealing.

Bullshit.
They make money using transaction fees.

they usually freeze accounts if there is a dispute against the person open or if they have put a lot of money through their account recently. £6k in a year if I remember right.
Just bank transfer the guy a pound. -

Just bank transfer the guy a pound.I sold a motorbike a couple of years back and the buyer wanted to pay £5K via Paypal.
I had my account frozen and checked for money laundering across the EU (the buyer was from Norway) - took 2 weeks to sort out and actually get the money out of Paypal.eBay already robs sellers with listing fees and final auction price fees so it would be nice if they put in place a payment system that used bank transfers and not Paypal.
They already do it on eBay.fr so if would be easy to do it here too but I guess, since they also own Paypal, they like robbing sellers a 3rd time with Paypal fees...
[^Cool story bro and rant over]

Bianchi pista frame -* " It was involved in an accident, however there is limited visible damage to the frame. A slight dint by the "t" of Pista and a small amount of grouping of the paint work underneath the front forks. The frame was checked out by Evans Cycles and they said that it is safe to ride on."*
and Evans opinion is worth what exactly?

Surely this can't be yours - the description is appalling. Groupset? Frame size? Pedals? Saddle? etc...
£599 is a really good price for the seller, not the buyer...

the description is short and to the point:

TRISPOKE WEELS

RITCHEY HANDLE BARas for your question "Groupset? Frame size? Pedals? Saddle? etc.."
does 'yes' suffice?!

A Splendid name for a bike - Woodworm White Lightning.
Heh, I flat out cannot afford it right now- commitments all over the place, and half a months salary coming up at the end of this month.
If I had the ability to go outside and harvest the magic money tree I'd build that frame with a white industries Eno rear wheel and run it fixed.
Train fixed, Sundays geared, 100% identical geo over the two bikes.
