Got this track bike for £104 earlier today,

Not sure what parts they are although the owner assures me the wheels are clinchers.

potentially 650 clinchers though, as it's a 45cm square junior TACK BIKE

Looks like another one of those with a top tube 'specially customised to fit the rider', and forks that have been 'carefully adjusted' for tighter clearance.

That, or some dickhead went into the back of a van and now wants to sell a bike that's clearly not safe to ride.
