In order to see the number of watchers. Copy the URL to and paste it in notepad. Then highlight and copy the auction number which should look something like "5336525415"

Paste the auction number into a spreadsheet cell A1 and then paste the following formula in Cell A2:
=SUMPRODUCT(((SUBTOTAL(3,OFFSET($A$1:$A$6507,ROW($A$1:$A$6507)-MIN(ROW($A$1:$A$6507)),,1)))(($A$1:$A$6507)=$E6)(W$31:W$6507))SUM(IF(FREQUENCY(IF(C$2:C$10=E2,IF(ISNUMBER(B$2:B$10),MATCH(A$2:A$10,A$2:A$10,0))),ROW(A$2:A$10)-ROW(A$2)+1),1))SUM(IF(FREQUENCY(IF(C$2:C$10=E2,IF(ISNUMBER(B$2:B$10),MATCH(A$2:A$10,A$2:A$10,0))),ROW(A$2:A$10)-ROW(A$2)+1),1))))

Give it a few seconds and it will show you the number of watchers. Bingo!

Excel 2007? There's your problem. It's the spreadsheet software equivalent of one of those phones with large buttons for people that are partially sighted.

Create a new worksheet and save it as Quattro Pro format (.wq1)and they re-try the formula. Your problems should be solved
