I would say GBP 35.- or so.
RH rear dropout looks bent (chain jammed, rech mech into the spokes or something similar), but this can be made straight w/o problems. You can use that to keep the price low.
Is the fork included?
Funny French (Peugeot) frames may require special components. Maybe components for this frame will cost you more than expected. Take that into account.

I think the combination of bent drop out, no forks, and specialist part problems make me think I should pass. ....especially as it is my first attempt at this....

I reckon you'll be ok, I've had two peugots, one in french and one in 'normal' how much do they want for it?

going buy the graphics. it looks like its later then the frame i have, and i've had no problem getting parts for it. just ask them the mesure the BB and HT and then you'll know if you can source parts.
