There's some nice Mosers out there, but some pretty shoddy ones too-I've had one from '81 and one from '89 and get the impression he was trying to compete with Colnago originally then build quality dropped steadily to cut costs. I'd rather a Colnago over a Moser if I had the choice anyway, but then the cost's the issue innit.

What do you guys think of these wheels? Worth it or should I be splurging on the 'real deal?'

Haha, may I ask why?
(p.s. I had a feeling the answer would be something like that)!

the word "create" bikes in the description rings alarm bells
buy cheap - buy twice.... and possibly pay for the doctor to stitch your nose back on after a horrible wheel fail.

Good to know that the earlier ones have a better build quality, i don't know what it is but mosers just seem cooler than colnago, but then again i'm starting to like low-pros. I wouldn't trust my judgement :)

With mosers...you want as early as possible.,..like has been said...some of the later ones aren't that special at all.
if you get one...try and get one with the bits already pantographed, they panto'ed loads of bits on them and they are really expensive!
ie Super record cranks have been more than £200...

full panto'd.
only sold and split because some bike shop told me that the rust was too severe.
it wasn't.
one of the earliest examples too.
sigh.
