Just been reading about it on BikeMagic. Original Yeti C26 frameset, selling for $12,000. As only a dozen were made and John Tomac and Juli Furtado rode them with great success, I'm not really that supprised.

ED: According to BM, despite only a dozen frames being produced, 50 tube sets were supplied by Easton. A lot of steel frame builders cut there own lugs, and bond steel to carbon. So pressumbly with a little research and alot of money. You could produce a custom C-26 replica shivers slighly
