Yes, of the complete bike perhaps.

But the frame was built in a bit higher quantities.
I think this frame has replaceable dropouts and can be onverted to a road (TT) bike.
Small parts maybe not easy to get, but for sure a nice project (though not UCI legal).
Still a bit pricy.
