  • They're all a lot of fun

    Best.Reference.Ever.

  • discovered during tinkering today that the rivendell jack brown tyres i have on my talbot (33C) fit quite comfortable on my bob jackson, except it rubs the front brake bridge just a tiny bit, its a cheap tektro one, is there going to be a brake with any more clearance?

  • File it out

  • ^^^ The flite suits the Bridgestone better than the turbo

  • The Pearl too

  • The Pearl too

not a pearl, nitto don't make pearls long enough for my gorilla arms

  • Ha! Looks very similar, what is it?

  • yum. lose the spacers, longer stem and huge porn

    ...
Tonic Supernaut - suppose to have passed this on now the Burls is back on the road, but I just can't seem to do it. Been loving riding it over the last year, and still do. Currently in city (upright, one gear, no rushing) mode. could do with a cm, or two extra on the stem and some more dampening grips.

    ...

  • Even with Baboon penis saddle?

  • Japan...

    .

  • Too small road bike is uncomfortable and has unpractical wheels:

Yay risers, flat pedals, longer cranks and post, clinchers make fun to ride:

    (took me a year)

  • Do you mean handsome?

What would Zoey say when she found out you're fishing for compliments on a forum...tut tut.

    Hehe

  • (took me a year)

You made my day hahahaha ; )

  • Got some carbon risers to replace the crashed Nittos. Really comfy, think I might prefer them to the Nittos.

  • Some minor adjustments such as black tape, sonderklasse tubs and look/time pedals are still to be bought and done.

  • Although I have had this bike for a while now he is going through a thorough clean & is being rebuilt for the velodrome. Friends have shown me how to service the hubs & bottom bracket which are now running smoothly. Everything is once again shiny (no more riding him through the winter, indoor track ONLY from now on) & the last few bits are on order. All this means that I may be riding him on the track & working towards the next accreditation stage in a couple of weeks. Back where he belongs!

  • What's his name? :o)

  • I like to call him Nelson, no idea why, just seemed fitting...

  • What gear Horatio?

  • I'm going to try out 48/14 but also need 48/15 for the accreditations (needs to be the same ratio as the hire bikes). I have missed riding this bike the past month or so & hope I can do it justice on the track...I may need a few leg days...

  • B what happened to the Merlin?

  • Got some carbon risers to replace the crashed Nittos. Really comfy, think I might prefer them to the Nittos.

Your grips are on backwards are they not?
