There is something hauntingly familiar about that colour. Can't quite put my finger on where I have seen that before...

Avoiding family commitments over xmas to build up and update thread every hour?
Colour looks identical to the housing on a really boss industrial lathe that was at my uni. For that alone it's a win!

Needs one of these:
Then I can take apart my road bike and get the rear mech / calipers and temporary wheels.
Also I have to slam the stem and re-face the crown races. -

The original red on the track frame was pretty special. Will be good to see the new colours in better light. They could be equally excellent.
Decals positioning and font is perfect.

Think i'll just use the ones from my Ventos for now, but thanks for thinking of me.
Maybe when i'm done with the basics i'll get going on the details -

Cheers Tim... we'll have to go on a Roberts ride when they're done : )
I just impulse bought 2 boxes of dark grey Fizik Soft Touch tape and a second Nitto S65 on ebay.
I should really step away from the computer now...Still, I think it'll look pretty good with the red wine coloured frame, and not get all shitty like white tape would.

You should have gone out to the woods and chopped down a tree instead, or anything else the doesent included a respray of the frames, (ugly color to)
