Someone told me an awesome trick yesterday for thin crispy pizza - use a tortilla wrap as the base - it takes 2 minutes to make and was pretty good!

Went to Hoi Polloi for my birthday meal on Monday, it's the restaurant in Ace Hotel on Shoreditch High Street.
The food is great, and they serve Ting as one of their soft drinks.
Turnip and Horseradish soup is not something I've heard of before but it's delicious.

For British style rolled brisket I would go a browning then carrots, onions and other root veg, thyme and bay in a big pot. Half (or all) of a bottle of wine. Stock if it's not wet enough then in a medium oven for 3-4 hours without peaking.
