  • Their only interest is profit, i'd know, i worked there for a year. Support the small companies.

  • their own brand dhb clothes fit really strangely. i'm a puny weakling hipster so obvs i need the smallest size, but i don't need a chamois bigger than my head. i hope that isn't just the standard universal chamois size, then i'd feel even more inferior.

  • i paid for fast delivery as well :(

  • I've had that happen a couple of times, although usually they're very fast at shipping. They've refunded the P&P costs on both occasions when I pointed it out to them and gave them a nudge.

  • I order a garmin 800 and infront mount last thursday and it has not even been processed yet. :(
    never shopping with them again

I ordered the same thing last Tuesday, didn't pay for delivery, got it Friday.

    With free sweets.

    Maybe they hate you?

Until someone else starts doing free sweets I will continue to buy all my things from Wiggle. Nomnomnom.

  • ^ Garmin is harder as it's now in a secure cage (i won't explain why, but you can figure out what happened before it was secure), so people pick the easy, smaller orders. As they're all target based it literally comes down to how easy the parcel is for them to pick and pack.

Sounds like you've got a bit of a chip on your shoulder and giving a bit of a biased viewpoint with the view that people who know the inside story won't call you up on it? For example, we both know the processors don't choose which orders to pick, but that they're assigned them... So your story above that his order hasn't been fulfilled because no-ones chosen it is BS.

  • So your story above that his order hasn't been fulfilled because no-ones chosen it is BS.

Processors do choose their orders, if you've been there long enough. Yes i have a chip, i was employed as a bike mechanic, i never built one. You're welcome to your opinion, but i'l always support the little people rather than the money obsessed corporation.

  • Got sent a survey from Wiggle 'please rate our service, I hope its all been good'. No it fucking hasent, I STILL havent recived the brake leavers I ordered after three weeks. Wankers.

  • No it fucking hasn't, I STILL haven't received the brake levers I ordered after three weeks.

Did you type your feedback in green ink, by any chance?

  • Well Wiggle lost my custom today, I'd always had decent service from them but this was just terrible.

Ordered some tubes, tyres etc to get my beater finished and after 2 delivery failures due to no one being in I rearranged for them to be delivered last Monday, but it turns out it didn't leave the depot, ukmail then agreed to deliver on Saturday but guess what no delivery and they've been sent back to Wiggle. So I've lost a couple of days and whilst it's UKmail's fault for not delivering when the should it's pretty shoddy for Wiggle to have a delivery service that gives you the ability to rearrange your order but for their system to override it and call the items back without even contacting you (which is what happened on Saturday).

Contacting them just now was just a joke, because there's no phone number and you have to use a chat window, they just apologise and ultimately wash their hands of it and because they don't have to talk to you it's too easy for them. They offered me a refund (which is the least you'd expect), but you can't refund the lost time.

Anyway, rant over tl;dr, Wiggle poor impersonal service, you get what you pay for, support your LBS, fight the power and any other proletariat slogans you can think of :)

  • ^ similiar thing happened to me a few weeks ago. Ordered some rollers from Merlin Cycles and the brace for it from Wiggle. Both being delivered by UK Mail, and they even ended up in the same van for delivery. Failed to deliver twice due to 'lack of contact/entry' I think they said. I was off work due to a fractured hand so they didn't actually bother to deliver/ring my doorbell. Arranged redelivery and after giving specific instructions about my address (it's not even that flipping hard to find!) they delivered one of the packages. Apparently you need to rearrange delivery for each individual item?! The rollers took another 7 'attempted' redeliveries before finally being delivered nearly 3 weeks later. At that stage I already had purchased another set from Evans.

Wiggle aren't really at fault here but I will not use them again if they deliver with UK mail. Absolutely atrocious, rude service.

  • Likewise, Wiggle aren't the worst culprit, but UKmail are terrible (I'm sure they give wiggle a good rate!) and communicating with Wiggle (or anyone for that matter) only through email is awful and inefficient. I've had a few issues with web only companies in which it's taken days/weeks to get things sorted where a simple phone call would have cleared it up in a few minutes.

  • Since when have Wiggle charged for delivery on orders under £10? Cunts.

  • ...and more importantly, where is my Haribo???

  • ...and more importantly, where is my Haribo???

Ah... I wondered why I got two packs in my order!

  • Grrrrrr....

  • I got Haribo and free delivery on a <£4 SRAM Quickview adaptor

  • Thanks for sharing...

  • Ordered from the at 2pm Monday. Arrived yesterday. Did not pay for fast postage.

Contrast that with Ribble who took eight days to send me my fucking turbo trainer.

  • wiggowngoal

  • I want my Haribo!

  • I want my Hairbo!

That would look nice on you, I'm sure. :)

  • Ive Bin Schick'd (again yet again).
