  • The iLink however look like it'll be uncomfortable under the very thin cloth tape, which is why I like the look of Nokon.

Stop being a hipster and get some proper bartape.

  • If one were to get a wet spray job from Mario Vaz, could one get a clear powdercoat over the top to protect it? Or would the heat kill it?

  • Stop being a hipster and get some proper bartape.

Or if you really care about the look, but also want comfort, just put some modern bar tape under the cloth.

powder coat sticks due to electric n shit, something I imagine doesnt work well on paint.

  • Hmmm ok.

Also does anyone know why the ChainReaction site refuses to load on in Chrome for me? Works fine in IE which is a right pain in the tits

  • If you're going to take the piss, at least get your grammar right.

In case Stonehedge wasn't already aware, this means, roughly 'Hello sugar, do you want to f***?'

Although I think you're being a little oversensitive there Oliver. The joke was being made about Stonhedge (or, rather, at Stonehedge's expense), not about German - the language is just the vehicle for the joke, and the fact that it is German is incidental.

Spot on. I'll be asking for the same guidance on how to avoid getting beaten up when I'm in Naples. And if we get to the next round, when we're getting put to the sword in Madrid.

I wish "Hallo, Schnuckiputz - willst du bumsen?" was accurate grammar. That is a delightful sounding piece of language.

  • How are you going to avoid being beaten up when you go to Wests?

  • Hmmm ok.

And annoyingly it works in incognito mode too, ive turned all my extensions off too see if thats the problem, but with no luck!

Everest of fucking irony coming from someone who doesn't do padded shorts.

I'd have thought I get more understanding from you.

Because what was once a good and simple site has been turned into a huge steaming pile of wank by the twelve year olds who now run the internets and who think that web sites should look like television programmes.

  • Hmmm ok.

This was happening to me last night, I gave up on it but now it is working fine again today.

  • I've pretty much given up on them, they're an online firm so the minimum for me is a website that works. Rather use an old fashioned but functional site than a fancy whizz bang whimper fail site.

  • I tried putting in order in the other day, got a paypal conformation email, but nothing else. Phoned up was told I'd be called back, but wasn't. So I had to call back 4 hours later I ended up getting a paypal refund and they carried out the order over the phone instead.

I'm just not going to go to Wests. To be honest since moving that way I've been too scared to leave the house.

  • Too many yuppies about.

  • Too many yuppies about.

Ed, it is far worse than that. You have no idea.

  • Dan, I live 15 minutes from you.

  • No you don't.

EDIT: Actually, where do you live Ed? You might be 15 minutes away I guess.

  • 15 minutes is the time it takes him to jemmy open your bathroom window.

  • No you don't.

EDIT: Actually, where do you live Ed? You might be 15 minutes away I guess.

    Where Jana used to live.

    I'm not that slow.

It's only ironic if I'm bitching that I can't choose a component because it's giving me butt pain whilst I avoid excessive padding.

  • Apologies for boring question:

I work for a medium sized charity looking for a file transfer solution primarily for data transfer (e.g. supporter data to fulfilment houses, web agencies etc) and artwork file transfer (e.g. to printhouse). While the requirements are fairly minimal, in line with ICO best practice we want to restrict access across the organisation (so for example not letting the whole staff team access people's personal details if we're uploading supporter data). I'm assuming a business account with a few users set up is the most straightforward way of doing this. User-friendly is a priority as we're all idiots. Box, Dropbox and Sugarsync all look much of a muchness and cost basically the same - any thoughts?

I use dropbox and have no problems with it so personally I'd go with dropbox but from looking at it I'd guess it's just whatever takes your pick

  • I avoid excessive padding on the bar so I won't have to grasp it when it get a little tough, and frankly, with 42mm tyres it's barely necessary.

Just want to hear other recommendation before buying the Nokon.
