I kinda feel the opposite. You reduce your calories all day. Less breakfast, less lunch, less dinner, and then you say look I can have a massive cake for supper. My points tell me so.
So you reduce quality food intake to justify eating shite.
This is why Weight Watchers is retarded.
Pay money, lose fat and muscle. Fuck up hormonal response and metabolic systems even more. Put more fat back on when you fall of wagon. And repeat...
Why do you recommend that hold? It's much less stable than the clean grip. Only reason to use the "body-builder" grip is if you don't have the shoulder flexibility (and if you don't have that flexibility, you should be working on that). It's not nicknamed the body-builder grip as a recommendation but as a comment on the stereotypical lack of flexibility and neglect of key skills associated with that crowd.
Stability not such an issue with lower load.

Yep - all those things strike me as fads.
Had a friend of mine and mrs spenceey's try to justify going along to a week 'boot camp' which would cost in excess of 1k.
She didn't like the fact I told her when she gets back she'd have to carry on doing stuff otherwise it would be a wasted fix.

It's not so much keeping liquid down, I just have really poor coordination and I can't aim for my mouth, I just end up chucking water all down my front.
Use a cycling bidon rather than cup, put nozzle in corner of mouth first, then squeeze?

Stability not such an issue with lower load.
And the clean grip is less difficult at lower load. So you learn good technique before it becomes a problem.

101kg - MOAR MASS!!!!
Going to Robin Hood's bay for two weeks after next weekend. Going to chuck rocks about on the beach, for serious. Bit of Rocky IV style training before rugby season starts. Dune running too, if there are any. We're staying at the top of a cliff so I assume there will be some steep paths I can smash up. Taking my protein and creatine with me and also plan to eat ALL the scampi.

I put on a stone in two weeks after coming back from cycle touring and continuing to eat everything in sight while doing fuck all exercise. I am almost slightly proud of myself, though mostly disgusted.

71.2kg this morning, so my weight yesterday was unsurprisingly dehydration.
Supposed to be doing a tt tonight, but signon starts at 7 which is about when I get home from work :(

Great time in the gym last night really feel it today though, made it home around 10pm so had dinner really late which resulted in me feeling really sick all night. I'll learn not to bother eating again that late!

I usually end up eating late as I don't like to eat before I do any running or play football. 10pm is relatively normal for me. Having said that, I'm trying to get out of the office earlier and then get to the gym earlier as a result.
I've barely been to the gym though these last three/four weeks - was on holiday, my girlfriend's gran passed away, have had stuff on at work, and now have a really bad head cold. It always all comes at once doesn't it. At that point where if I don't have a solid weekend, then I'll really fall back on all those gainzzzz.

I have a similar problem with gels. There's always a few ml left when you think you've finished it.
So my mouth get squirted with sticky residue.
Thats actually a genuine annoyance of mine. But as its a slow day, I'm open to PM harrasment.
