  • Ed will be along in a minute to recommend a 28c instead.

But how will he get it on the rim?

  • People moaning about the heat can >>>>>>>>

Enjoy it do you not remember the 8 months of winter we had!?

This makes no sense at all - the very cold and the very hot temperatures don't even out. It's like saying, so what if your house is on fire, two months ago you were upset because it was flooded.

  • hilarious!

  • ^^ You're just too sensible for this thread.

  • MM - it's just bodies. we all got them!
(tigerface a few more than most perhaps)

    SP - me too :/
(not so much the ball sack business, although I am being mobbed by the office insect life)

  • was wondering how long it would take before people started whinging. The weather is amazing. More heat, more happy.

    I've been moaning since May:

It's too warm, when will it cool off again?

Bring on the snow and ice.

  • It's true. I got married the last time the weather was this hot.
Is this a subtle way of telling us something, David? ;)

  • Not really, that marriage lasted barely longer than the heatwave.

  • ^Really want to do a terrible one liner about this, but I'm worried about seeming mean...

  • Although...I am going to whinge about the things I've seen that should never be seen. I'm talking about flesh.

Men - I hate to break it to you but most of you are not blessed with a torso worthy of appearing on the cover of Men's Health. Instead of setting hearts a flutter, you look worryingly close to a heart attack. Being metrosexual does not mean stripping down to your pants in the city and hoping for the best. You're not in Faliraki now.

To those of you who do ripple in all the right places, you can cover up too - I nearly went in to the back of a bus earlier.

    That. Is. All.

Weirdly, I seem to just tune out unattractive bodies, but I was going through Hyde park the other day (for a quick change out of thai boxing shorts and into a suit) and I just did not know where to look. I think I'm going all nunnish in my old age...

  • Feels cold.

  • ^Really want to do a terrible one liner about this, but I'm worried about seeming mean...

Feel free, I crack jokes about it all the time.

  • Queensland, mid-winter, 24°C... Fantastic...

    I could definitely live here...

  • Well that woke me up.

  • Tropical thunderstorm outside the window.

  • the same, and i have to ride across town to sidcup this morning and spend all day out doors, hoping it dries up before 8am

  • Will dry very quickly, and still get to 33'c

  • Cheers Wincy.

  • Downpour right now in N21

  • Rain in N6 lasted less than 30 mins.

  • I could definitely live here...

    #crossesfingers
