  • What range torque wrench?

Or do you mean 1/4" socket?

  • Up to 22Nm
Torque wrench with a socket for a 1/4" hex bit x
EDIT: think the correct terminology is 1/4" drive

  • Why doesn't the tab key work (move to next field) in Chrome on a Nexus 10 when tabindex is set on the fields and it tabs properly in normal Chrome?

    Yes 1/4 is the drive.

    Clerkenwell screws?

  • Screwfix in Stratford do for sure, but £40 seems super steep.

  • Machine mart between tower bridge and Limehouse link?

Do halfrauds do one low enough?

  • Thanks for all your input!
    That doesn't look 1/4"?

Halfords have this, length looks like the maximum force I could get would be around the right torque!

  • We're looking for a hand-held a sat-nav for a present for my old man which he can use for hiking and cycling. Considering a Garmin oregon 600 - any real challengers? cheers

A Garmin Dakota is similar for cheaper (just over £100) but the screen's not as good.

I'm pondering one of these http://www.winstanleysbikes.co.uk/product/47094/Genesis_iO_ID_Alfine_8_2012_Bike as a winter bike/light offroader.

Was originally planning on building up an Inbred with Alfine but this looks like less hassle, anyone any experience of these? I couldn't find anything on the search (well not quite true, searching for Genesis IO brought up about a hundred threads). Is it worth paying an extra £100 for the 11 speed?

    Because Chrome.

  • Shiny shit.

Ah thats just a ratchet. The one I linked to is 3/8 but with an adaptor would be fine. Sealy is a good make and comes with a calibration certificate. The range is good for a soot bike. Also it was cheap...ish

  • Argh this is driving me fuzxing crazy.
The Halfords one I posted didn't have a female end, so the 1/4" was a male.
I need a fuxxing wrench that has a female end, hex shape, 1/4" FEMALE.
    Need to pick up tomorrow.
    Anyone?

I love my genesis dayone with alfine 8, if that's anything to go on.

Iirc, the 11 doesn't give much more range, mostly reduces the jumps between gears. I don't think it's worth it.

An adapter from ¼" square female to ¼" hex female is a common item, any tool shop will sell you one.

Dakota 20, etrex 20 are both worth considering. Dakota is touchscreen, etrex uses buttons. I know people who use both for cycling and are happy with them. Prefer these to the edge 800 for navigation purposes.

  • It's tragic I had to mute the Tv To work that out.

  • Top gear Jeremy tests a ferrari on a road(s) in hertfordshire, anyone know what that road is?

Looks fucking amazing and not too far away from london, I must ride there (When cunts aren't testing cars)

  • The one that looks suspiciously alpine? I think it's a joke...

  • It's in Scotland, so not too far really.

  • Glen Shee in Perthshire says internets

  • Booooo thought it wasn't like any bit of hertfordshire I'd seen before.
