Is it possible to have 2 SIM cards with the same number? I'm on PAYG with 3.
Reason is that my new phone uses a micro sim, and my old phone uses a regular SIM. I would like to be able to use my old phone when i'm on long rides as it's smaller, has a better gps and longer lasting battery.... and doesn't matter if I smash it!
Do you need to receive calls when you're out, or just want a phone to call the rescue vehicle? For the latter case, I just use a PAYG SIM in my disposable handset

True, save the hassle and just get another sim for the emergency phone. Guess I could always use call forwarding if necessary.

......you can get a micro sim adapter for nothing from a decent (in the fair play sense) electronics shop, or for £1 from any chain phone store. They're shaped bits of plastic.

Although apparently it's better to spend a few quid and get a good one if you're going down the adapter route, as some of the cheap ones have a habit of ripping your SIM slot apart or getting stuck in the handset.
Separate and disposable SIM seems like a much better plan for an handset you might well lose, it means your primary one doesn't have to go off line for several hours (or even days, if it happens at the wrong time) in the event of the loss of your 'cycling' phone.

Proms 65: Movie Music - are tickets available for this? Have they started selling them or are they sold out or what? I'd like to get some for a birthday present for someone but can't work out what's up with them..

Is there a way of riding from Hackney to Southall that isn't crap?
-
• #48608
Regent's Canal + Grand Union Canal, surely? Admittedly you'll be riding underwater, but that might be nice in this hot weather.

Just worried about how busy it's going to be. People soup. Might still be the better option though.

Probably true, and you'll end up going slower than walking. Could try to go overground using the canal as a rough route finder ... it shouldn't be possible to go too wrong because you know you can't cross it except by bridge.

Anyone know where I can find some 3/8" crank bolts for my BMX that don't cost over £15 for a set of fucking bolts?

I just got these to complement my current collection of 1 (now two) pairs of shorts. I need a jersey to match, anyone know of any that are mainly black with pink highlights? or would match this in another way, and are suitable for use with all black shorts?
Other than the never rest jersey which is too pink and unavailable in my size anyway...

Exactly. I was looking around £50-60

Save up, it's well worth it in my opinion, unless of course you're in desperate need of a new jersey?
Have you checked evilbay?

Any decent fastener shop
Can't remember which thread pitch you need, I think it's fine.

How long does a game of baseball last? A surprising range of answers on google. Or is it as long as it needs?
As you may have guessed I know nothing about baseball and am pondering whether to watch an evening or matinee performance.
I left after four and a half hours with two innings to go. The dullest sport I've had the pleasure of seeing live.

where can I get 33mm seatpost clamp within next week? The custom frame that i've got from Kinoko requires 31.6 seatpost but doesent take 31.8 (too small) clamp or 34.9 (too big). Or is there a way for modifying the smaller clamp to fit the frame? KCNC make a 33mm clamp but it will take at least 15 days to get delivered, I will order that but I want something quicker in the meantime ..

get a cheap 34.9 and use some bit of rubbery plastic inside the clamp.
I had to do this for I think 3 weeks, it was ok, nothing was slipping etc. but its a bodge.
33mm? thats fucking weird -

It's 24tpi, unfortunately those look like their head is too small so will just screw into the axle without securing the cranks.
you can get sim insert adaptors for this
