Around 6 weeks ago I was 85kg.
I am now 80kg.Basically I cut out the muscle building suppliments, replaced one of my weekly weights sessions with a CV session, and cut evening snacks.
Its 5 less kgs to carry around. But its pretty much all been lost from upper body muscle. So I cant say I've totally happy about it.
I would suggest that if you really did lose 5kg of muscle mass it would be more to do with calorific deficit rather than dropping the single training session or supplements.
(providing you get protein in your diet from elsewhere)

Hmmmpf

Couple of cupcakes and a coffee for pre-breakfast, Full English in a box and another coffee for breakfast, schnitzel and egg sanger with apple tart.. delish.
I like your style.

73.2 this morning, so according to my completely unwritten rules I've now qualified to buy myself faster wheels!
I've also entered another triathlon in july to keep me focussed after sundays event. I now need to keep going as I think its going to be hard to keep loosing weight down to my target of 70kg and even harder to maintain it...

77.3 this morning after climbing ALL THE HILLS over the weekend.
My nice tweed jacket is now very loose on me, and my scales flatter to deceive with a body fat% reading of 10.9.
Hmm.

72.9 this morning and my bike has now lost 800g of rotational mass and gained 3 spoke aero-ness...
Last nights hill intervals felt significantly easier, and I consistently came in second place wheras 2 weeks ago I came 2,3,3,4 in a similar exercise with the same group of people!

I'm eating plently of fruit at the moment, low calories but most days going over my sugar due to fruit nothing else.
Is this something I should worry about?
-
• #5992
I guess the general advice is everything in moderation, I'd also be careful with large amounts of fruit damaging your teeth, raw veg might be worth throwing into the mix..

73kg for me this morning, would be very pleased if I can stay at this weight till monday morning...
-

Thanks man. Seems to be working well. I'm not talking about loads of fruit, probably, 1x Banana, Apple, 2 strawberries some grapes and blueberries.
Also weighed myself again today and I'm at 82kg. Starting to think my scales may be broken, considering first thing Monday I was circa 83kg which was after a whole weekend of eating loads!

Damn it was hot yesterday evening. Must have sweated a lot because I weighed in under 70kg for the first time in about 6 months. Gotta keep this up.
-
• #5996
Probably why I'd dropped down to 82kg too. Started running again last night too, only a short one but I'll build it up and be running 5k and too work again before long.
Can't wait to break the 80kg threshold, around Christmas before we moved I was over 90kg so I'm making progress.

Accidentally went for a massive run yesterday as I got lost in the park at lunchtime; made up for it by eating peanut butter and toffee icecream (two seperate flavours, both delicious).
I have found a recipe for ice cream bread. Bring on the weekend!

All my current dieting willpower is being channeled into not eating 10 tubs of this:
^ Yes; those are Reeces Peanut Butter Cups in it. Bastards.

You bastard, I didn't need to know about this. Half price B&J's in Morrisons at the moment...

Am starting to feel the affects of low calories towards the end of the day though.
Pub food tonight. Burger or steak or something a little off piste I wonder..
