75.9, Downward trend continues, 70 seems like its going to take an age though! Got a tri in 3 weeks though so can't be silly with weight loss rates as not being able to train will probably have more of a negative effect than the positve effects of any weight loss.

You do each exercise for 90 seconds, or if you are really out of shape start at 30 and go up by 10 or 15 seconds duration as you get fitter, and transition between each one with no rest. Really power them out.
I go round the whole set three times which is just about dead on an hour.Did this last night for 30 seconds each exercise - blimey that was tiring and it was only about 20 minutes in total.
At it again tonight.

I've got each face of a playing card as single mp3's . I plan on doing the deck of cards with the playlist set to random.
Each suit is an exercise and each picture card is 10 and ace is 11.
Burpees, Press ups, Sit up/crunches and Squats.Just cant be arsed.

Also need a decent Spotify playlist. A few of the transitions between exercises took a little longer yesterday as I forgot which one was next!

Anyone got a good app for counting macros? Just downloaded one, Cals and Macros, but it's very US-centric (McDonalds caramel lattes etc).

Yes! Some movement downwards at last, hopefully thanks to way less booze and more cycling last weekend. It's only 2kgs but I can see my waist getting more definiton, face is a bit less chubs and belly seems a bit smaller.
I actually feel stronger/fitter too since I started making an effort again to get to the gym minimum of 3 times a week. Which is nice.
