Question: What happens if Rafa turns it around (there isn't much turning around to be done to be fair, teams have runs of poor form in a season all the time) and wins a cup, gets into the knockout stages of the European Cup, gets the team playing and pushing for the title. Will he get given another longer term contract, like RDM and then be ousted as soon as another run of poor results comes round?

He's off in May whatever, as RDM would have been. Proper manager being lined up for next season (until we play WBA)
