http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/9660911/Cost-of-hiring-Boris-Bikes-to-double.htmlOn second thoughts perhaps Barclays should have been required to make more investment than a meagre one off 25Mil, less than a quarter of the funding, for indefinite branding of the whole scheme.
Most likely fictional numbers

The rail line is on top of the viaduct. Dunno if there is a bypass as such.
Oh the viaduct is pretty special aftually. 11 million bricks and there is a by law which means that every train crossing it HAS to stop. It dates from about 1870 and means Stockport is incredibly well connected.

Here's a very strange photo: Sutcliffe, Savile and Bruno at Broadmoor.
Note the style of the handshake.
The David icke forums had a field day over this. Masonic handshake under the word 'gold', Jim'll, Frank Bruno and Peter Sutcliffe. Strange indeed.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/9660911/Cost-of-hiring-Boris-Bikes-to-double.htmlThanks, Just unchecked auto renew on my annual fee, I'm not using it enough @ £45, but i was going to carry on with the subscription for the odd trip, £90 is a big hike for an infrequent user (like me) who uses it less than once a week.

Note that two states have legalised cannabis to the point where they expect to see commercial cultivation and therefore to tax profits from it.

Washington already had de facto decriminisation. It was medicinally prescribed but there were known doctors who would give a prescription to anyone.
They also had small farms growing it and selling it direct to anyone with one of these prescriptions. My dads proscription allowed him to keep up to 5 ounces 'for personal use'!!!
Anyway, the doctors and farms were already paying taxes. This just means instead of going to weed friendly doctors you go to the liquor store!

Hopefully this is the beginning of the end for the war on drugs.
-
• #17911
Hopefully. Or, a reactionary federal government declares American states as combatants in this war.
Zoooooom. Drone attack!
-
• #17912
Yeah because the federal government doesn't kill enough of it's population already! :)

Federal law supersedes state law (well, the constitution isn't exactly closed to interpretation, but...). The DEA has, and could again, intervene. I don't predict this happening in the next four years (unless it becomes a bargaining chip to get a dead-locked congress moving).
Actually, I haven't looked to see if there have been any federal responses yet. Probably have. And they probably didn't mention drones. But...

Pretty nondescript and not at all dogmatic. Just legalistic.

Heal up soon and let's hope 'some good' will come of this although as bodieanddoyle says does it really have to come to this before anyone notices?

All sorts of internet rumours about how Sir Jingle Jangle knew both Suttcliffe and one of his victims prior to the murder...
Nice to see they stayed freinds.
