^^ Lol!
Looks really smart. Even with the colour matched grips and saddle!
I'd love something similar at some point, but don't think it'll be any time soon unfortunately.
Think it joins my top 10 forum favs.(had to edit as I keep using other words than the ones I'm thinking about, or our just missing them out entirely (had to correct that sentence five times to get it right. I hate my brain.)) >_<

I'm fine just with a bit more ass pain than usual.
I kept rolling but the main problem was when the tyre got caught in my cranks and the bike unclipped me and bucked me off - bouncing down the road on my arse.

the ugliest seat tube / top tube cluster ever made
Without doubt, especially the TRX795, the TRX999 isn't as bad, a lot more similar to a leader.

Tape or cement?
(Getting a bit worried now - thought tub rolling was just a rumour put about by clincher manufacturers!) -
• #13665
I'm a heavy lad and wouldn't even consider a tub, front or rear.

I probably should mention i was doing a wheelie/bunny hop over a speedbump and it was the landing that did it.
I'm also a heavy lad so it probably didn't help.
My current project has tubs front and rear so my experience hasn't scared me.

Must say, I'm a bit niggly about tape - don't really trust it!
Hope you make a quick recovery -

Just be sure not to lean when turning.

Re, rolling off tubs. Unless you are glueing your tubs or using the industrial strength Tufo tape, you are asking for trouble. I found out to my cost when I rolled a tub a max speed during a sprint at Eastway that standard tape is shit. I would think if you are doing any trickery it would have to be glue every time.

No offence to the owner but that has got to be the most ugly Cannondale tracks ever.
Yellow components, No
No grips, No
Flat bars, No
Saddle, Just No. -

Oh don't get me wrong, I know it isn't expensive for what it is. I just can't afford that shit ;-)
So a cheaper alternative with the same geo sounds sweet.
Don't forget copious amounts of toe overlap...if you wanna be considered fixehfamous/respected by your peers.

what was that you were saying erik about njs frames on the track being awkward and too expensive to be ridden on?
