We will all have to arrange a place to meet..... You guys that have done it before will need to educate me!By the way, if anyone is struggling with transport from the airport, I will have a spare place in the hire car.... Your bike box can't be too big though, as mine is fucking huge!!

and happy birthday!

Tom, you are gonna die using those bars man!!!!!!
-
• #364
Stedlocks - where did you get your bar mounted bottle cage from? I'd love to procure one for my Holdsworth as I don't have any braze ons for a cage and am terrified of marking the paint work on the frame if I used a clamp.
This wouldn't mark your paintwork. It might bruise your knees tho'.

This is my ride......looks a bit different at the moment though.
Nice mercian! Good to see the honey brooks!
I've tracked down a good, replica looking water bottle from 'muscletech'
http://www.dolphinfitness.co.uk/en/muscletech-water-bottle/29288
Plan is to remove the logos and 'age' them a bit, then fit the classic cork with string.....only £2.50 each too ;0)

^great, never even heard of 26's. Just read a few reviews and they seem pretty good, though not that easy to find. Admittedly I only did a brief google but could only find them for sale at
http://cyclotouriste.co.uk/page3.htm
for 40 quid each which is a bit ouch for me, might have to go on the birthday.chrimbo list. Thanks, happy touring.

Not long to go now before the off. Driving down again which will be fun after a dozen cans of what ever energy drink I can get my hands on to stay awake or the journey.
Tilover will you be at the cafe nex to the entranc to the market again? It is it the usual jolly whatever it's called bar?
And any one doing the 135km route? -
