I don't know why it seems so important that I make little cakes instead of 1 big round one or a loaf.

Have you got any dumbells? I do curls using my knee as an anchor point, so place your forearm along your quad with your wrist sticking past yoru knee, hold the dumbell and curl it with your wrist. Do palm facing up and down and sideways too. Start with a small weight. Aim for 20 reps, 3 sets. Work up to five then upgrade weight.
Will have to invest in some. Thanks.

Why does the forum logo at the top left keep going from black to baby blue?
Thanks -

Still got it but the coordination is so bad in my left hand that I can't make it work properly.
It's called practice and perseverance. Seriously... You're talking about powerball? Gyroscopic ball? Just keep at it

cheap exercise for wrists and forearms.
Get a bit of wood, a stick an inch in diameter and a couple of foot long will do nicely. (A straight handlebar would also kinda work) If you've got a drill, wang two holez in it, one at each end. Poke a 1m long bit of string through the hole, tie a knot in the end and hang something heavyish like a pair of argos catalogues from the other end of the strings.
Hold the bar and twist it so that the strings wrap around the bar and the books raise up. It's quite hard to do repeatedly and is a good forearm / wrist strengthener.
EDIT - or hang two catalogues from one central string, two birds, one stone

Or just one hole in the middle, save one catalogue for reading.

I'll save the Freemans catalogue for 'reading'

Most religions are pretty similar at base; why don't you try and work with something that you're familiar with? They all include a wide spectrum of beliefs within the confines of their constructs.

What, like a cult of personality? Rihanna's Fanclub?

Eastern and western religions are sort of different. You can be a buddhist and still be catholic.
Go along to the North London Buddhist centre and have a chat with someone there. Very friendly and informative.
Then make up your own mind.

I have a drinking problem!
Was out this morning trying to hydrate whilst riding and I really had to concentrate to swallow properly. Off the bike or when I'm just cycling at a leisurely pace or when I've built up a steady tempo I'm fine, it just seems to happen when I start off or power it. Proper weird! -
